Elderflower has a slight pear taste to it, this creates a beautiful flavour profile due to it being used with the sweet twang of the added limes.
This type of juice works very well when used to make martinis! Summer fruits like strawberries and raspberries also work very well with both elements.
Lime and elderflower are also rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants which make this a very healthy and very versatile drink!

The pH of the above juice MUST be checked by using a pH indicator strip. All juices must be below pH 4. If the value when checked for the above product is higher than pH 3.6, then Citric Acid must be added at the rate of 1g / Litre until the pH value is below 3.6
