  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels.
