  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
