Description

Recipe: Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
