Coriander has a fresh citrus taste with a strong aroma, and is often used in Spanish, Mexican, Latin and Indian cuisine.

It makes a very aromatic element in chilis, sauces, soups and curries. It can also be used to flavour homemade bread, waffles and scones!

This herb has a good range of minerals including vitamin A, C, and K.
