Recipe: Sautéed Field Mushrooms with Garlic and Thyme

  • 500g field mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
