Pak Choi has a flavour somewhere between mild cabbage and spinach, mainly used in fish dishes involving salmon and prawns.

It can be used in noodle and meat dishes to add an earthy element into the mix. It also pairs well with steak and chicken.

Packed with B vitamins, vitamin A, C and K, and minerals such as calcium and potassium. Pak Choi is a fantastic source of nutrition, and very tasty one at that!
