Classic Butter Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
  2. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette or your preferred dressing.
  5. Toss gently just before serving.

Stuffed Butter Lettuce Leaves
