Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each jalapeño half with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, chopped jalapeños, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
