Recipe: Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots


  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Toss to coat the carrots evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
