Recipe: Crispy Roasted Maris Piper Potatoes
- 4 medium-sized Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
