Recipe: Roasted Romanesco with Parmesan


  • 1 head of Romanesco, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the Romanesco florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the florets. Toss to coat evenly.
