Recipe: Grilled Green Courgette with Lemon and Parmesan


  • 2 medium green courgettes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
