Recipe: Roasted January King Cabbage Steaks
- 1 January King cabbage, outer leaves removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the January King cabbage into thick, round steaks, about 1 inch thick.
