Recipe: Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve as a delicious side dish or a healthy snack.
